Order Processing Times
Please allow 1-3 business days to process and dispatch your order after it is placed. An order is considered dispatched when it is handed over to the shipping carrier and is in transit to your address. During peak times and holidays, processing times may extend up to 7 business days.
Estimated Shipping Times
Delivery times depend on several factors, including your location. Below are the estimated shipping times based on your country of residence:
- United States: 5-10 business days
- Canada: 7-14 business days
- United Kingdom: 7-14 business days
- Australia: 10-20 business days
- Rest of the World: 15-30 business days
Please note that during peak seasons or holidays, shipping carriers may experience delays that are beyond our control. Additionally, international shipments may face unexpected customs delays, which could extend the estimated delivery time.
Order Changes & Accurate Shipping Details
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping details are accurate at checkout. Incomplete or incorrect information may result in processing delays or order cancellations.
If our system detects an address issue, our support team will email you within 3 business days to verify the details. If we do not receive a response within this time, we reserve the right to cancel your order.
If you notice an error in your shipping details, please email us at contact@petselle.com within 24 hours of placing your order. While we will do our best to accommodate changes, we cannot guarantee modifications after this timeframe.
Delayed Delivery
At petselle.com, we understand that timely delivery is important. However, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances outside of our control, such as:
- Shipping carrier delays (weather, customs clearance, or transit disruptions)
- Address verification issues
- Payment processing delays
- Unexpected product availability issues
If we encounter any issues affecting your order, we will notify you as soon as possible. Please note that petselle.com is not responsible for delays caused by external factors, but we will do our best to assist you.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order is handed over to the courier, it is out of our control. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact us at contact@petselle.com, and we will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
Most courier services have a claims process for lost or stolen packages and may require additional information. While we will also follow up on your claim, petselle.com is not responsible for lost or stolen packages and these fall outside our refund policy.
Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement. However, we encourage you to file a police report if necessary.
