We stand by the effectiveness of our products and recommend using them for at least 14 days before considering a return. However, if you are not completely satisfied after 14 days and within our 60-day money-back guarantee, please reach out to us at contact@petselle.com for assistance.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, your order may already be in processing and we may not be able to accommodate your request. If your cancellation is within the 24-hour window, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

At petselle.com, we are confident in the quality of our products and encourage you to try them for at least 14 days to experience their full benefits. If you are still not satisfied and wish to return an item, you may do so after 14 days, within the 60-day period covered by our money-back guarantee. Please note that shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

To initiate a return, please contact our support team by filling out the form on our Contact Us page or email us directly at contact@petselle.com. To speed up the process, please provide your Order Number or the Name and Email Address used when placing the order.

Damaged Items

We take great care in packaging our products to prevent damage during shipping. An item is considered damaged if it has a defect or is physically broken. However, minor packaging damage (such as dented boxes) that does not affect the product itself is not considered damage.

If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery by emailing contact@petselle.com with clear photos of the damage. We will assess the situation and determine if you are eligible for a replacement at no cost. Please note that we do not refund, replace, or accept returns for items damaged due to normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.

Shipping & Delivery

We strive to deliver your order on time, but we cannot be held responsible for delays beyond our control, including those caused by the courier, customs, or other shipping-related issues. If you encounter any delivery problems, we recommend contacting the courier directly for assistance. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

Incorrect Shipping Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect address is entered and we are not notified within 24 hours of placing the order, we cannot offer a resend or a refund.
